The coffee producing areas of this region are lush with ideal rainfall, cloud cover and soil conditions that are perfect for coffee cultivation. "Supremo" beans are larger than other coffee beans from Colombia and the name indicates the highest quality of Colombian coffee available. We roast our Colombia Supremo to yield a heady aroma, a very rich flavor, and an excellent balance of acidity and body.

$14.00 lb. - These beautiful beans glimmer like black diamonds. This unique coffee is slow roasted longer than any other coffee we offer producing a dark, luxurious and silky appearance. Our Italian Roast is a bold blend featuring Central American and Indonesian varietals. The blend was originally created 10 years ago by our Roastmaster and has been extraordinarily popular in many of the best independent coffee houses around the country. After the beans are removed from the roaster they are dark and covered with droplets of natural oils that have slowly made their way to the surface of the bean. Rich flavors of caramelized sugars and chocolaty undertones envelop the palate. A slight hint of cedar can be picked up in the lingering bold finish.
